[Crack's Smileys (mysmilies.com)]
Fool's House is one
of the MUST SEE smileys sites on the net.
If there was/is such a thing as "professional smileys" these would
definitely lead the way.

[MazeGuy] (Mike Perrucci)
is the creator some pretty drop dead cool animated and static smileys, all
but an example set of 11 are his original creations and while I've never seen
a lot of his smileys featured in collections there are quite a few below that
I was thrilled to be able to identify!

You'll find a lot of [Sarge's
Smileys] featured at [mysmilies]
but do swing by [Sarge's
own Smilies site] as there are a few hidden gems along with contributions
from others that are well worth checking out. The ones shown below are can
be found in most collections on the net.. isn't it nice to know who created
them!

Perhaps one of the most well known smileys is the classic "moon"
which was created by [Tweetz]
finally we can pay homage to the creator! "Faint" is also commonly
featured along with modified versions of "stick" smacking
