i heart it I missed Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day

bubblewrap keyring from KZOn 26th January 2009 the nashua telegraph announced that it was Bubble Wrap Appreciation Day... and it's just typical that I, of all people, would miss such an historic event!

Everyone who knows me, even if just for a short while, knows that I have an addiction to bubblewrap... be it the real 'in your hand' packaging variety, the virtual variety or keyring variety (pictured to the right) that's lovingly given to you by friends who help you foster, care and nurture your addictions (ty kz, you're a complete gem, as you can see, a year or so later I still have the little bubblewrap treasure :) and while I admit I was briefly tempted away from virtual bubble wrap by virtual fish I didn't sway for long and my loyalty soon returned.

In days, months and years gone by I've catered to my online addiction at numerous places, the most recent being therightfoot.net: bubblewrap (Flash) and while it's served it's purpose I was yet to find virtual bubblewrap that I could keep keep at bee.geek.nz, that is until today when I stumbled across Teresa Santoski's Bubblewrap appreciation Day article where she provided a link to http://www.virtual-bubblewrap.com ... virtual bubblewrap heaven...
